CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Policies & Terms At Luscious Locs by Azul Amor, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service to every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all guests, please review the following appointment policies before booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% service charge. This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to another client in need of services. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period, a $1 per minute late fee will be added to your service total. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may need to reschedule, depending on the service booked and remaining appointment time. If rescheduling is required due to lateness, a 50% deposit of the service total will be required to book a new appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee. All outstanding no-show or late cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Loyalty Discounts Loyalty discounts are reserved for clients who arrive on time or within the grace period. Discounts will not be applied to appointments affected by extended lateness. Pricing & Service Adjustments All service prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, complexity of the service, and any additional treatments required to achieve the desired result. Agreement By booking an appointment with Luscious Locs by Azul Amor, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.
